Consent first
Members join by double opt-in. They are told what the study is for, and they can leave.
Quality
Speed is useful. A file you cannot defend is not. Quality checks run while the study is open, and a person still reviews what the rules flag.

02
Duplicate email, device, and identity checks run before a response is allowed to count.
03
Trap items and straight-lining rules are set with the questionnaire, not after the file is closed.

Flagged completes are reviewed by the field team. A score alone does not decide.
Project practice follows the ESOMAR international code: respondents know why they are being asked, personal data is used for the study they joined, and clients receive a method note they can stand behind. We do not print certification marks we have not earned.
Audience, timing, and the question are enough to start.
