A room or a screen for a group discussion

An in-person group is worth the room when the stimulus is physical, when you need to see who yields and who does not, or when the topic is awkward on a laptop in a shared house.

A screen is worth it when the right people will not fly to one city, when you need several markets in the same week, or when a recording and a transcript matter more than a facility.

Do not pick the format because it is familiar. Pick it because the question survives the setting. A concept that only works in a quiet room may not survive a shop floor.
